Arnica is an herb that grows mainly in Siberia and central Europe. The flowers of the plant are used in medicine. Arnica flower extract has been used in herbal medicine and, has relieving attributes in osteoarthritis patients. the active chemicals in arnica may reduce swelling, decrease pain, and act as antibiotics. arnica is also used in the treatment of heart deceases and immune system problems. arnica increases local blood supply, it is anti-inflammatory and helps in the absorption of internal bleeding.
