Sapindus mukorossi, also known as Reetha, Indian soapberry, or soap nut, is a deciduous tree that is found in South Asia and some regions of East Asia. It usually reaches a height of about 12–20 meters. The tree bears round fruits called soapnuts, which contain natural saponins.
